Wild Rock Horse Trail

Clark County is proud to offer some of the finest Horse Trails in Wisconsin. Enjoy more than 40 miles of trail that wind and loop through a portion of the 133,000 acre Clark County Forest. The trail system utilizes forest lands ranging from easy to more difficult terrain.

Wild Rock County Park provides convenient trail access and a day use area complimented by playground equipment and a shelter. Overnight camping is available with 25 campsites, sanitary dump station, potable water and electric and water service to many sites. Picket lines and manure bunkers are available for use within the campground.

Nearby Rock Dam Campground provides shower facilities, beach, laundry facility, convenience store, sanitary dump station, potable water, electric and water hookups. The campground is located 4 miles northwest of Wild Rock County Park. Rock Dam Campground accepts reservations.

When riding in the Wild Rock area a trail pass must be purchased. Dailey and season trail passes are available at Wild Rock Park and the Clark County Forestry & Parks Office (715) 743 - 5140.
