Clark County is proud to offer one of the finest off-road motorcycle trail systems in Wisconsin. More than 16 miles of looped trail meander through a portion of the 133,000 acre Clark County Forest.

A convenient trail-head is located 8 miles west of Neillsville on Highway 10. Trail-head includes youth loop, intensive use area, water and a toilet facility.

Fees

When riding in Knobby Ridge a trail pass must be purchased. Daily and season trail passes are available online, and at Knobby Ridge trail-head and the Clark County Forestry & Parks Office (715) 743-5140.

Motorcycles Only
The Knobby Ridge off-road motorcycle trail system is for motorcycle use only. ATV's and UTV's are prohibited on the trail system.


Camping
County Forest camping is available on-site for $7.00/night, electric is available for an additional $5.00/night. There is a self-registration tube at the trailhead, payment is cash or check (made out to Clark County Treasurer). In addition, overnight accommodations are available nearby at county campgrounds. Knobby Ridge off-road motorcycle trails are not directly accessible from county campgrounds.

Rules and Regulations
Clark County urges everyone to abide by State and County Regulations. Off-Road motorcycle travel is only allowed on the designated Knobby Ridge off-road motorcycle trails.

Only street legal motorcycles, driven by licensed operators, are allowed on the ATV trail system. Non-street legal motorcycles may only operate on the designated Knobby Ridge Off Road Motorcycle Trails.
